At Sonic Boom Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Your Media

  Carefully pack the items in their original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to ensure they are not further damaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5 business days.
